[PluginImporter,iOS] Native plugins in 'Plugins/ios/overwrite' ignore Platform Import settings
To Reproduce:
1. Open the project attached to the comment (722682_repro.zip). Select all plugins in 'overwrite' folder and disable iOS platform for them.
2. Build observe that 'UnityAppController' and other files are still overwritten ( there is a // OVERWRITE comment at the top)
Not sure whether this is really not the intended behavior, but it might be confusing if you want to temporary disable your custom trampoline files.
