Plugin platform settings are not set when using PluginImporter.SetEditorData()
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Open 'RenderingPlugin.bundle' folder settings in inspector. Make sure, that in platform settings CPU is not set to 'Any CPU' and OS is not set to 'OSX'
3. In menu choose Tools\Test\Set Plugin Import Settings Test
4. Open 'RenderingPlugin.bundle' folder settings in inspector
Expected: in platform settings CPU will be set to 'Any CPU' and OS to 'OSX'
Actual: in 2nd and 4th steps it has the same values
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a1, f2, 2017.1.0a5
Not reproducible on: 5.5.2p1, p3
Regression introduced in 5.6.0a1

Workaround is to use the string-based SetPlatformData with "Editor" build target instead: PluginImporter.SetPlatformData("Editor", "CPU", "AnyCPU");
