[Plugin] DLLNotFoundException thrown even though the plugin is clearly included
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Play it
Expected: It runs (with fault due to another issue)
Actual: DLLNotFoundException is thrown and the scene doesn't run
Reproduced in 2017.2.0f1, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a1
