[PLM][API] Prioritize View, Direct Samples, and Indirect Samples are not exposed in LightmapEditorSettings
When baking backend is set to Progressive Lightmapper, it can be observed that there is no way to access the values of `Direct Samples`, `Indirect Samples` and `View Prioritization` in LightmapEditorSettings through C# API. Users should be able to access and modify these values.
Steps for reproduction:
1) In Unity, create a C# script
2) In the script, create a variable from LightmapEditorSettings class
3) Observe that `Direct Samples`, `Indirect Samples` and `View Prioritization` parameters are not exposed
Notes:
- Not a regression
