PlayerPrefs don't get saved in a WebGL build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1140820-WebGL_PlayerPrefs_Bug" project
2. Switch platform to WebGL and build using Build and Run
3. In the build, enter something into the text field and reopen build
Expected results: Whatever you entered into the text field gets saved and appears after restarting the build
Actual results: The text field still has the initial text
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.24f1, 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0a11
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0b9, 2012.2.0a10

Hi,
The data is getting saved in the browser. So, when I am playing the same game on different pc/browser the high scores of the game are not loading my quiz game. Is there any alternative for me to synchronize the data on different browsers.
