PlayerInput onDisable throws a NullReferenceException error after exiting the Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “repro-project.zip“
2. Enter Play mode
3. Press any button on the keyboard
4. Exit Play mode and observe the Console
Expected result: The Console is empty.
Actual result: Errors are displayed in the Console.
Reproducible with: 1.4.3 (2021.3.15f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.4.4 (2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a22)
Reproducible on: macOS 11.6.5 (Intel)
Error:
