Player Project Settings do not repaint when an installed Build Profile is selected
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project with additional Platform support installed
- Open Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings) and select the Player section
- Open Build Profiles (File > Build Profiles)
- Select an installed Platform in the Build Profiles Window and observe the Project Settings Window without moving the cursor
- Move the cursor over the Project Settings Window
- Select another Platform and move the cursor over the Project Settings Window
Actual results: Project Settings Window is not repainted until the users cursor is moved over it
Expected results: Project Settings Window is immediately repainted when an installed Platform is selected in Build Profiles
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.19f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.45f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
