Player fails to build and “fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals" error is thrown when using "--linker-flags-file" flag
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “RepoFlags“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Build the project (File > Build Settings > “Build”)
Expected result: The build is successful
Actual result: The build fails and “fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals" error is thrown
Reproduced with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.11f1, 2023.3.0b8
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
1. Files are still generated in the selected build folder, but the executable does not work
2. Reproduced with Windows Standalone and WebGL Players
3. Not reproducible with “Mono” Scripting Backend (File > Build Settings > Player Settings > Player > Other Settings > Configuration)
