[Playables] Humanoid Character loads in T Pose after reimporting an asset into the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Playables don't initialise properly on startup in Edit Mode.zip"
2. Open 'Sequence Coroutine' Scene
3. Select DefaultHumanoid in the Scene Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector expand the Animations array
5. Click the Eye icon next to 'Humanoid-Walk'
6. In Project View right-click 'Sequence Coroutine' script
7. Click Reimport
Expected result: Script reimports the state of the character does not change
Actual result: Script reimports and the character is in T pose
Reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.0a19
Workaround: Change the focus to another window and then focus on the Unity Editor again
Note:
1. 1/2 of the times you have to click reimport twice for the bug to reproduce
