PlatformNotSupportedException is thrown when using System.Security
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Press the Play button and observe the Console
Expected result: "Unprotected string=String we want to protect" is logged to the Console, no errors are thrown
Actual result: "PlatformNotSupportedException: Operation is not supported on this platform." is thrown to the Console
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.0a17
