Platform title is displayed twice in the "Build Profiles" section
How to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles" and select any platform
- If it was not added, you should do it through the "Install with Unity Hub "
- Restart the editor
- Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles", select it, and click "Add Build Profile"
- Observe the window
Actual result: Platform title is displayed twice. An attachment is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: One title is enough.
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
