Planar Reflections don't work when using Overlay Camera Render Type
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Assets/_WipDemos/ScriptableRenderPasses/PlanarReflections
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Planar Reflections appear natural
Actual result: Planar Reflections appear unnatural
Reproducible with: 12.1.4 (2021.2.10f1), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.27f1), 13.1.2 (2022.2.0a1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b5), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a3) (UniversalRenderingExamples project breaks)
Note: observed when both Game view and Scene view are visible
