Planar Reflection probe is showing double reflection angle effect on the bottom of the HMD
Reproduction steps:
# Open the attached project ("1362867.zip")
# Open the "SampleScene" scene
# Enter Play mode
Expected result: Double reflection angle is not shown
Actual result: The bottom of the HMD shows a double reflection angle
Reproducible with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.37f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.6f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.9f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a17)
Not reproduced with: 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a18, 2022.2.0b1), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a3)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 using Oculus Rift S
