Pickers and ‘+'/’-' buttons are not visible on the right side of parameter fields when the width of the "Project Settings... -> Quality" window is small
Reproduction steps:
1. Create and open any type of new project
2. Open the “Project Settings…“ (“Edit → Project Settings…“)
3. Open the “Quality“ tab
4. Select the vertical line that parts both sides of the window
5. Drag the line to the right until a slider appears at the bottom
6. Observe the Quality window
Expected result: Pickers and ‘+'/’-' buttons still appear on the right side of parameter fields
Actual result: Pickers and ‘+'/’-' buttons are not visible and you need to move the bottom slider of the window to the right to see them
Reproducible with: 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
