[Physics] Physics.ComputePenetration does not return correct value with off-center collider
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by the user
2. Open "Test" scene
3. Hit play
Expected result: Offset of the separated cube should be correct (in this case (0;0;1.5))
Actual result: Offset is incorrect (in this case (0;0;0.5))
Reproduced with: 5.5.4p5, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b4, 2018.1.0a1
