Physics.SphereCastNonAlloc is slow when the results array is large
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “OverlapSphere”
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Open Window > Analysis > Profiler
4. Enable “Deep Profile”
5. Observe the Profiler output
Expected result: Profiler output is consistent in every version
Actual result: Testing newer versions results in reduced performance
Reproducible with: 2021.3.26f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a16
Reproducible on: MacOS 13.3.1 (Intel)
