Physics.ComputePenetration returns false against MeshColliders despite an intersection being detected
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Notice how the Yellow capsule in the middle was dyed red due to detected collision
Result: Physics.ComputePenetration returns false, even though a collision is being detected.
Note, this only happens only if the the collider is a MeshCollider.
Reproducible on: 5.6.0b2, 5.6.0b3
