Physics CastCollider behaves inconsistently when used against different types of Colliders
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. In the Game view, observe the green Cubes' movement when they collide with the white GameObjects
Expected result: All green Cubes start moving in the other direction on collision with the white GameObjects
Actual result: Green Cubes that collided with the white GameObjects which have Mesh Collider turned around, while other Cubes stopped
Reproducible with: 1.0.8, 1.0.16 (2022.3.17f1, 2023.3.0a19), 1.2.0-pre.6 (2023.3.0a19)
Couldn't test with: 1.2.0-pre.6 (2022.3.17f1) (missing “nunit.framework.dll“ file error after package update)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
