Performance Regression of Sprite.Create when FullRect meshType is used
To reproduce:
1. Open "Reproduction.zip" project
2. Enter "TestScene" scene
3. Open profiler window
4. Enter play mode
Expected result: SpriteCreations in profiler will take around 10-15ms
Actual result: SpriteCreations takes 1100-1200ms
Reproduced: 2017.1.3p4, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a4
Not reproducible: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p1
