Pasting a node from a group always creates a node as a child of the group
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "BugReports8.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Project Window, open up "New Shader Graph"
3. In Shader Graph Window, copy any node
4. Click outside the "New Group" area and paste the node
Expected result: the pasted node is NOT a child of the group
Actual result: the pasted node IS the child of the group
Reproducible with: 2019.2.2f1(6.9.1), 2019.3.0a12(6.9.1), 2020.1.0a1(7.0.1)
Could not test with 2018.4 due to shader not opening in shader graph
