Passthrough is disabled when switching scenes in Player for Meta Quest
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProject”
2. Connect a Meta Quest device
3. Change the Platform to “PLATFORM” (more info in the internal notes)
4. Go to Meta → OVR Build → OVR Build APK
5. In the opened window, build the Player
6. Launch the Player on Meta Quest device
7. Observe the result
Expected result: Passthrough functionality is always enabled
Actual result: Passthrough disables when the scene is switched
