ParticleSystem.Simulate simulation is flickering and is different from the Particle Effect simulation in Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ParticleSimulate-Issue" project and open "MyScene"
2. Open "ParticleSimulat" Tab (Go to Window --> ParticleSimulator, if it is not added yet)
3. Click Instantiate
4. Hit "Simulate" in Particle Effect window and watch particles simulation
5. Then hit "Play" in the custom "Particle Simulat" window which will simulate the particles using ParticleSystem.Simulate from the script ParticleSimulatorWindow.cs
Expected result: Particle simulations using Particle Effect window and ParticleSystem.Simulate, from the script, are exactly the same
Actual result: Particle simulated with ParticleSystem.Simulate, from the script, looks sped up and appears to be flickering
Not reproducible with 5.3.8f1
Reproducible with 5.4.5f1, 5.5.2p3, 5.6.0f2, 2017.1.0a5
