Regression
No
ParticleSystem.MainModule.emitterVelocity from the previous frame is used in ParticleSystem.Emit()
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "ParticleSystemEmitterVelocity.zip" project
2. Open the "Scene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Particles in the Game view
Expected result: Particles are emitted on the first frame
Actual result: Particle is emitted on the second frame but the previous velocity is used
Reproducible with: 2021.1.12f1, 2021.2.0b1
Could not test with: 2020.3 or below ("ParticleSystem.MainModule' does not contain a definition for 'emitterVelocity' and no accessible extension method 'emitterVelocity'")
