How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "PF2.zip" project
2. Add the "Packages.zip" into the project's Package folder
3. Press "Open scenes" in the Instructions window
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Move the Camera with WASD keys in the Game view
6. Observe the shadows in the Game view
Expected result: Particle's shadows are not flickering in the Game view
Actual result: Particle's shadows are flickering in the Game view
Reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17 (Project errors when downgrading/upgrading)
Note:
- The Particle System, in which shadows are flickering are located in the WoundWormsLair_Static Scene and part of the "BookSheetsFlying00" GameObjects

Resolution Note (2019.4.X):
As this is only reproducing in 2019.4, and we have a lot of other bugs to fix, I don't think we will be able to prioritise this before 2019.4 support ends.
