Particles System Curve Editor does not respond to framing 'F' shortcut
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select 'Particle System' GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Open 'Size over Lifetime' dropdown and select curve os Size in the Inspector
4. Select the first and middle key
5. Press 'F' key to frame curve to the key selection
6. Deselect keys and press F to re-frame the whole curve
Expected result: The whole curve is visible
Actual result: The curve is not responding to the framing
Reproducible with: 2019.2.13f1, 2019.2.19f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a20
Not reproducible 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.12f1
Note: Sometimes when pressing 'F' key curve disappears
