Particles don't render on a Windows Player that is built from the Linux Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (1426494.zip) on the Linux Editor with Windows support installed
2. Open the "particles" scene
3. Build the project for Windows
4. Run the build on Windows and observe the plane
Expected result: grass-like particles are rising from the ground
Actual result: there are no particles rising from the ground
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a1, 2020.3.34f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a13
Reproducible on Ubuntu 20.04 when building for and running on Windows
Not reproducible on Windows 10 when building for and running on Windows or Linux, Ubuntu 20.04 when building for and running on Linux
Note: no exact regression or fix version due to the long testing time
