Particle System is emitting sliced sprites inaccurately when Renderer Material is set to Default-Particle
How to reproduce:
1. Download, extract and open the attached project (1095741repro.zip)
2. Open 'repro' scene
3. Click on the Particle System and if it is not playing, play it
Expected results: Particle System is emitting sliced sprites properly
Actual results: Particle System is emitting sliced sprites inaccurately (notice the yellow spots in the sprites)
Reproducible with: 2017.4.17f1, 2018.3.0f2, 2019.1.0a11
Note: To see what it should look like, change the Renderer Material to Sprites-Default.

Resolution Note:
Default-Particle is officially deprecated as-of 2018.3. Use the Standard Particle Unlit shader instead, which handles this situation correctly.
Additionally, in 2018.3, the new shader is the default when creating new Particle Systems.
