Particle System ignores Transform component scale until the first transform update when Simulation Space is set to World
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached “ParticleSystemScale.zip” Unity project
2. Open “Main” scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected results:
Emitted particles are affected by Transform component scale from the start
Actual results:
Emitted particles are not affected by Transform component scale from the start but only after updating transform
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0b1, 2017.3.0p1, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.2.0b7
Didn’t reproduce in: 2017.2.0b6, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.1.0b1
Regression introduced in: 2017.2.0b7
Note: Does not affect particles that are not being emitted from script
