Particle rendered using Render Texture has a small jittering when Size Over Lifetime is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Import the attached ParticleScalBug.package
2. Open the "Base Test" scene
3. Enter the play mode and inspect particles (the green one is rendered using Render Texture)
Actual: Green particle has a small jittering
Reproducible with: 2018.3.8f1, 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a7
Note: The issue is reproducible when the Scale values are set to 1

Resolution Note:
Unfortunately we don't expect this bug to ever get fixed, due to its low severity.
Apologies for the issue - we did spend some time debugging it but were unable to diagnose the reason for the jittering.
