Particle is not visible in RenderTexture when Renderer's material is set to Default-Particle and Camera's BG Alpha is set 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "RenderTexture.zip" project
2. Open the "SCene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select the "Camera" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Set the "Background" property's Alpha value to 0 in the Inspector window
Expected result: Particles are visible
Actual result: Particles are not visible
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.3f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a13
Note:
- The issue is not reproducible with URP/Particles/SimpleLit, Lit, and default materials (URP/Simple Lit, Lit, Unlit)
- The issue is only reproducible with URP/Particles/Unlit and Default-Particle
