Part of a Texture is not rendered when re-enabling a Skinned Mesh Renderer with Skinned Motion Vectors enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. In the Game View, observe the "mouth_common" GameObject
3. In the Hierarchy, select the "mesh_mouth" GameObject
4. Disable the GameObject
5. Re-enable the GameObject
6. Observe the "mouth_common" GameObject again
Expected result: There are no missing parts of the Texture
Actual result: There are some missing parts of the Texture
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a2, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0b15, 2020.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.0a17
