Parameter Names for the Wheel Collider component are Overlapped in the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new gameObject and add a Wheel Collider component to it
3. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: Text in the inspector window is readable and not overlapped
Actual result: Text in the inspector window is overlapped (Snapshot_1163086_V1)
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a2
