'Parallax Occlusion Mapping' ShaderGraph node does not work correctly with VFX Graph
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Bug Playground.zip“ project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene“
3. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Both GameObjects look the same
Actual result: One GameObject has depth, the other looks flat
Reproducible in: 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b8, 6000.3.0a1
Could not test in: 2022.1.0a1 (HDRP issues)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
