[Packman] Preview packages are unavailable for 2021
Preview packages are unavailable in package manager for 2021. Refer the attached screenshot
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager > Advanced Project settings > Check Enable Pre-release packages
3) Window > Package Manager > Unity Registry
Actual result: Preview packages are not available in Package Manager
Expected result: Preview packages should be available Package Manager
Occurring in: 2021.1.0a1
Working fine in: 2020.2.0b7, 2020.1.9f1
Environment: Both Windows and Mac

But why? As in, why did this change? And what can we do to still get preview packages?

Resolution Note:
Experimental packages (previously known as 'preview') are not discoverable in the editor. Pre-release packages can be made discoverable by enabling the option in Project Settings under Package Manager.
