[PackMan] Extension in bottom bar disappears when using operations between UI generation and packman extension callbacks
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "PackmanButtonsDisappears.zip"
2. Open Package Manager window
3. Click on "pfc Command Line" package
4. Close and open again Package Manager window
5. Click again on "pfc Command Line" package
6. Observe bottom bar of the package window
Expected result: The extension in the bottom bar is visible
Actual result: The extension in the bottom bar disappeared
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b5, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a14
Cannot test with: 2019.3.0b4 and lower (errors when downgrading)
Note: If you rightclick on "Test" script > reimport, extension will be visible again

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
This is not the recommended way to create Package Manager UI Extensions, UI should always be returned by CreateExtensionUI fct.
But for this particular problem, here's the solution:
Add at line 36 in PackageSourceSwitchExtension.cs:
toolbarButtonContainer = null;
This way, ToolbarButtonContainer will be reevaluated when reopening window
