[Packman] Artifacts appear in the maximized Package manager window on multiple clicking Package manager tabs
In maximized package manager window, some colored visual artifacts appear after multiple clicking on the "packages" and "sort" tab. Artifacts appear only when the package manager window is undocked and maximized.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project > make sure the editor window is not maximized.
2. Open Package Manager window > undock > maximize
3. Click multiple times on the "packages" and "sort" tab
4. Observe the artifacts that appear in the Package manager window
Actual Result: A visual artifact appears in the Package manager window
Expected Result: No visual artifact appears in the Package manager window

Working Fine: 2021.2.a15, 2021.1.0a7 , 2020.3.6f1, 2019.4.25f1
Environment: Occurring on macOS Big Sur (11.2.3)

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
This is a minor issue that doesn't meet the bar. It reproduces inconsistently and we've change the way secondary windows behave in 2021.2. Secondary windows can no longer themselves go fullscreen.
