PackedMemorySnapshot: Incorrect name for generic types
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Select "Assets/New My Scriptable Object.asset" in Project panel
3. Click Mainmenu > BugReport > Open TestCode Window
4. Click Capture Memory 'Editor' button
- Observe the text displays "System.Collections.Generic.List^1 genericList"
Expected result: the text displays "System.Collections.Generic.List<int> genericList".
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0b2, 2018.0b1
Does not reproduce anymore in: 2018.2.0b9
