Package scripts reset to default when restarting the editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add any package(e.g. HDRP)
3. Modify a script from the package
4. Let the editor recompile
5. Restart the editor
6. Open the script again
Expected result: changes made to a script are still there
Actual result: script is reset to what it was when it was imported
Reproduced on 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.0b1, 2019.2.0a3
Not reproduced on 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a9

Resolution Note:
Packages are immutable and cannot be modified. To modify packages, you need to embed them by copying the package's folder from PackageCache to Packages
