Package Manager UI - Editor window tab is missing an icon
The Package Manager UI editor window tab is currently missing an icon. This is inconsistent with the rest of the editor. Any dockable window should include an icon next to the window name in the window tab.
Found with package version 1.9.8
1. Open the attached project with Unity 2018.2+
2. Open the Package Manager UI window
3. Look at the window name tab
4. Icon is missing
