Package Manager “Create Package” creates invalid JSON when Unity account name includes quotes
How to reproduce:
1. Go to the account dashboard on Unity cloud
2. Edit your Unity account name to include quotes (e.g., Name "Test" Surname)
3. Open any project
4. Go to "Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager"
5. Press on the plus icon at the top of the “Package Manager” window and press “Create Package”
6. Enter the package display name and include a word with quotes (e.g., Test "Example" package)
7. Observe the console
Actual result: The display name is autocorrected to not include quotes but author name throws an invalid JSON error
Expected result: Both display name and author name is autocorrected
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a3, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a6
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.67f1 (“Create package” button was added in version 6000.3.0a3)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (by user), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
