Clicking on the View documentation in Package Manager opens a "missing page error" page for "Unity Collaborate".

Steps to repro:
1. Open a new project.
2. Window > Package Manager.
3. Select All Packages > Unity Collaborate.
4. On right panel click on View documentation.

Actual Result:
Opens a "missing page error" page.

Expected result:
It should open the proper manual link for Unity Collaborate.
