Package list is misaligned with arrows which expand packages previous versions
To reproduce:
1. Open the Package Manager in any project
2. Observe the arrows in the Packages list
Expected: Arrows are aligned with the packages list
Actual: Arrows are misaligned with the packages list
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a4
Not reproduced with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0b1
