[Output] Inconsistencies with VFX shadow casting and shadow cascades
Repro steps:
1. Open the Example_02 scene and the Clouds effect to compile it
2. Select the global volume and expand the Shadows override
3. Observe how shadows are not cast close to the camera
Expected outcome:
- shadow cascades to work with VFX
