Output in Command Prompt is not displayed when Editor is launched via Unity Hub
To reproduce:
1. Open user's project via Unity Hub
2. In main toolbar, go to CMD > Run CMD
3. Observe the cmd window
Expected: command prompt messages are being sent
Actual: command prompt messages are not sent when project launched via Unity Hub
Reproduced in: Unity Hub
Not reproduced in: Unity Editor
Note: testing indicates that version is not relevant in this case

It's been one year, we're now forced to use Unity Hub and this bug is still not fixed.
