Outdated naming of "Build Settings" error message when changing Scenes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UIBuild.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click the "Button" in the Game view window
Expected results: The error message mentions the Build Profiles window
Actual results: The error message mentions the Build Settings window
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b4
Could not test with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.7f1 (Feature name was not changed yet)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
