[OSX][Standalone] When "Camera Usage Description" is left empty, using webcam causes crash on Player launch.
Due to new security update, the standalone player needs to ask permission when using webcam. However, if the user fails to fill the "Camera Usage Description" field, the Player will crash at the moment the webcam is started and needs to ask for permission.
Repro:
1. Download attached project
2. Build Player and run
3. Observe
4. Go to Project Settings -> Player -> Other Settings -> Configuration -> type in anything in "Camera Usage Description"
5. Build Player and run again
Expected: Instead of crashing, the Player give a warning about the missing settings, or fill in a default string to prevent crashing.
Note: Using mic needs the same permission, but failing to fill in the option for mic does not result in crashing. The mic simply doesn't work.
