[OSX] Opening the some views (In different window) results in bordless window
Info:
First time opened view (seperated window) has no borders/shadows.
Project Steps:
1. Open project.
2. Open "console view", make sure it is in independent window rendered.
3. Close it.
4. Open it again.
5. Notice that view/window is without shadow/borders.
