[OSX] [OpenGL] [Retina] Built scene window starts flickering while resizing it
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Build and run scene
3. Resize window
Expected vs Actual: window should not be flickering while resizing window
Reproduced on: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.1.1p3, 2017.2.0f1, 2017.3.0b2, 2018.1b1
Note: on some macs with Retina it is reproducible with 10.12, but it is much less visible than on 10.13
