[OSX] App faila to detect resolutions when launched on an external display
To Reproduce:
1. Build the attached project and run it on an external display.
2. Observe that the launcher only displays the resolution of the primary display
(In my case: I'm seeing scaled retina MBP resolutions (1440x900) even though I'm running the app on a 1920x1080 display).
3. Run in any resolution.
4. Observe that the app has been launched with that resolution, but the only value in 'Screen.resolutions' is 1920x1080 which wasn't even shown in the launcher.
