[OpenXR] Editor hangs when trying to enter Play Mode with OpenXR package installed and enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project "UnityXR.zip"
2. Make sure that the OpenXR plugin is enabled in the XR Plug-in Management
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Editor does not hang
Actual result: Editor hangs and the last log outputted to Editor.log is "Loading plugin UnityOpenXR for subsystem OpenXR Display..."
Reproduces on: OpenXR 1.0.2 - 1.3.1 (2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.9f1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a5)
Could not test on 2019.4.36f1 due to OpenXR package not being found
Notes:
-Issue reproduces on a new project
-If OpenXR plugin is disabled then Editor does not hang when entering Play Mode
